 The proposed PTA Executive meeting can be held on 11th or 12th of  Jan. 2011 with the following Agenda:

 1.To finalize the date and program for PTA Annual Picnic / get together of Parents and Teachers.

 2.To finalize the Uniform Issue for academic year 2012-13.

 3. To discuss about the transport issues.

 4.To discuss about the fee concession to be provided to needy children from PTA Fund.

 5. Any other issue with the permission of Chairperson.

 You are also requested to come and finalize the minutes of the meeting held on 10th Dec. 2011 at the earliest.
